§ 157.025 INTRODUCTION/PURPOSE.
This subchapter sets forth the minimum development standards required for major and minor subdivisions. It explains what government standards and regulatory functions are involved and must be followed. These provisions help to ensure the protection of the health and welfare of the future occupant(s) of an approved subdivision, assure the quality of new development and minimize the adverse effects of the construction of subdivisions on the surrounding environment and of any developed land for all current and future residents of the county.
