Wherever within this chapter references are made to a particular Indiana Code citation or other state or local law, rule, regulation or ordinance, it shall be construed to include all revisions, amendments, re-modifications and replacements as of the date of this chapter and any subsequent revision, amendment, re-modification or replacement thereof or thereto.
