(A) Exercise of police powers. Regulation of the subdivision of land and the attachment of any reasonable condition to land subdivision is an exercise of valid police power delegated by the state to this county prescribed by I.C. 36-7-4-700.
(B) Compliance with conditions. The owner has the duty of compliance with any condition imposed by the Plan Commission for design, dedication, improvement and restrictive use of the land in order to conform to the physical and economical development of the county and to provide for the safety and general welfare of the future lot owners in the subdivision and of the county at large.
