§ 157.009 AMENDMENT.

For the purpose of providing for the public health, safety and general welfare, the Board of County Commissioners, upon recommendation of the Plan Commission, may from time to time amend the provisions imposed by these regulations. The Plan Commission shall hold a public hearing on any proposed amendment in the manner prescribed by I.C. 36-7-4-700.
