§ 156.16 COUNTY REDEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY ESTABLISHED.
   The county creates a redevelopment authority under I.C. 36-7-14.5 to be known as the County Redevelopment Authority (“Authority”) as a separate body corporate and politic and as an instrumentality of the county.
