§ 31.115 WEIGHTS AND MEASURES INSPECTOR.
   (A)   The County Inspector of Weights and Measures shall be appointed in accordance with state law.
   (B)   The Board shall note in its minutes the receipt and approval of all reports furnished by the County Inspector of Weights and Measures in compliance with I.C. 24-6-3.
