§ 154.004 ADOPTION OF STATE EROSION AND SEDIMENT CONTROL MANUAL.

The latest version of the state erosion and sediment control manual (currently known as the Indiana Handbook for Erosion Control in Developing Areas), as amended or replaced from time to time, is hereby adopted as the technical manual of reference for the minimum control requirements for erosion and sediment control for the Greater Elkhart County MS4.
