§ 154.003 FILING AND RENEWAL FEES FOR STORM WATER CLEARANCE.
   (A)   Ordinance fees. Filing and renewal fees for storm water clearances under this subchapter shall be as follows.
      (1)   For project sites that are required to submit construction plans pursuant to 327 I.A.C. 15-5-6.5(a) or (b), a filing fee in the amount of $100 per disturbed acre and per fractional acre exceeding a whole acre for review of the construction plans shall be due and payable at the time of the application to the SWCD.
      (2)   For project sites that are required to renew the storm water clearance, an annual renewal fee in the amount of $100 shall be due and payable to the SWCD no later than January 31 of the year after the expiration of the storm water clearance.
   (B)   Governmental exemption. Local, state and federal governmental offices, agencies and entities shall be exempt from the filing and renewal fees under this subchapter.
   (C)   IDEM fees. In addition to these fees, the State Department of Environmental Management may have its own separate and distinct fees.
