(A) There is created the County Economic Development Commission to carry out the duties, powers and provisions of I.C. 36-7-12, as amended, together with any future amendments.
(B) Three members shall be appointed to the Commission by the Board of Commissioners. Appointments and term lengths are as governed by I.C. 36-7-12 as now in place or as from time to time hereafter amended.
(C) A per diem allowance of $50 is provided for each Commissioner of the County Economic Development Commission.
