(A) This subchapter shall become effective from and after the date on which this subchapter has been duly adopted by the Commissioners and published in accordance with the requirements of applicable state law.
(B) Compliance with the requirements of this subchapter does not obviate or eliminate the necessity of complying with any other applicable federal, state or local law and regulation affecting agricultural, residential, commercial or industrial buildings, structures or premises in the county.
