§ 151.37 RECLAIMING COSTS.
   The County Building Department shall attempt to reclaim all actual costs of work performed by the county to bring an unsafe building and premises into compliance with an order to comply, or the actual cost of taking emergency action, as well as the average processing expense of $1,658. All monies received shall be made payable to and shall be deposited in the County Unsafe Building Fund.
