All work for the reconstruction, alteration, repair or demolition of buildings or other structures, and the removal of trash and debris from the unsafe premises shall be performed in a good and workmanlike manner according to the accepted standards and practices in the trade and shall be performed in accordance with the standards and requirements of the County Building Code Ordinance, §§ 151.01 through 151.11.
