If the County Building Commissioner or any so designated employee determines after an inspection that any building or portion of a building within the county is unsafe, as that term is defined in this subchapter or in the State Unsafe Building Law, that building or portion of building shall be abated by repair, rehabilitation, demolition or removal in accordance with the procedures set forth in this subchapter.
