The Building Commissioner shall administer the terms and provisions of this subchapter. The Building Commissioner shall be hired and named by the Director consistent with county personnel policies and procedures; provided, however, the Building Commissioner may be removed at the pleasure of the Commissioners. The classification, job description and qualifications of the Building Commissioner shall be kept on file in the County Human Resources Department.
