(A) Prior to the construction, rehabilitation or alteration of any swimming pool in the county, a plan review fee, as provided in the Health Department Fee Schedule, as amended periodically, along with the plans and specification sheets stamped with the State Plan Release shall be submitted to the Health Officer for plan review.
(B) The plans and specifications shall indicate the proposed layout, arrangement, mechanical plans, construction materials of work areas and the type and model of proposed fixed and non-fixed equipment and facilities.
(C) Failure to submit the appropriate plan review fee and construction plans prior to beginning construction, rehabilitation or alteration may result in a stop work order.
