§ 114.06 LICENSE RESTRICTIONS.
   (A)   A swimming pool which has not held a required license to operate for a period of one year, or has had its license revoked by the Health Officer, shall be required to apply for a new license before resuming operations and shall not be issued a license to operate unless it complies with all requirements of this chapter, including the construction, design, equipment and sanitation requirements applicable to a new swimming pool.
   (B)   Upon change of ownership of a swimming pool, a new license to operate must be obtained from the Health Department prior to operating under the new owner. A license will not be issued to the new owner unless the swimming pool is in compliance with current codes and regulations.
