The regulations located at 410 I.A.C. 6-2.1 entitled “Public and Semi-Public Pools,” as amended from time to time and promulgated by the State Department of Health and 675 I.A.C. 20, entitled “Swimming Pool Code,” as amended from time to time and promulgated by the State Fire Prevention and Building Safety Commission, are adopted as part of this code. One copy of these regulations shall be on file with the County Health Department.
