(A) Each certificate for a license shall specify the name of the person to whom the license is issued, the name of the firm or corporation the holder is representing under § 113.06, the name of the person employed by a commercial or industrial facility(s) and the expiration date.
(B) Every holder of a license shall keep the applicable certificate of license displayed in a conspicuous place in the holder’s principal place of business.
