One class of license and certificate therefore shall be issued, in accordance with provisions of § 113.08, which shall be known as Class A electrical contractors license. A Class A license shall entitle the holder thereof to undertake or execute or perform any work of installing, maintaining, altering or repairing electrical equipment consistent with this chapter.
