§ 112.20 PRE-OPERATIONAL INSPECTIONS.
   Whenever plans and specifications are required by § 112.19 of this chapter, the Health Officer shall inspect the food service during construction and prior to the beginning of operations to determine compliance with the approved plans and specifications and with the requirements of this chapter.
