§ 112.16 REPORT OF INSPECTION.
   Whenever an inspection is made of a food service, the findings shall be recorded on the inspection report form approved by the Health Officer. The inspection report form shall summarize the requirements of this chapter and shall set forth a cumulative total of all critical item and non-critical item violations. Inspection remarks shall be written to reference by item and state the correction to be made. A copy of the completed inspection report form shall be presented to the person in charge of the food service at the conclusion of the inspection. The complete inspection report form constitutes an official notice of the inspection findings and an order of the Health Officer to correct all violations found.
