(A) Any person who violates or fails to comply with any provisions contained in this chapter may be fined up to $1,000 for each violation. Each day that a violation continues constitutes a separate violation.
(B) Ordinance violations shall be enforced under proceedings brought pursuant to I.C. 34-28-5 in a manner similar to that of infractions with complaint and summons described in I.C. 9-30-3-6 and issued by the County Sheriff’s Department or other police agency.
