(A) The Director of the Public Safety and Communications Center or the Director’s designee, shall issue an alarm business license to the person submitting an application in accordance with this chapter and upon payment of the license fee, unless the Director or the designee finds that any statement made in the application is incomplete or false.
(B) Upon issuance of an alarm business license, the Director shall retain a copy of the license.
(C) The alarm business shall notify the Director in writing of any change in the information contained on the license application within ten days of the change.
