(A) The franchisee shall be responsible for ensuring that the cable system is designed, installed and operated in a manner that fully complies with federal law including FCC Rules in 47 C.F.R. part 76, subpart K, as revised or amended from time to time.
(B) As provided in these rules, the franchising authority shall have, upon request, access to tests and records required in accordance with these rules.
