The franchisee shall comply with any generally applicable statutes, regulations, ordinances, rules and requirements in effect in franchising authority’s jurisdiction during the term of this franchise. The franchisee further acknowledges and agrees that it is subject to the lawful exercise of the police power of the franchising authority.
