Subject to and in accordance with the terms and provisions of the interlocal agreement, jurisdiction and control of the County Road 45 pedestrian/bike trail, from the municipal corporate limits of the City of Elkhart on the north to the municipal corporate limits of the City of Goshen on the south, shall be and hereby is transferred to the County Park and Recreation Board.
