§ 92.050 COMPLIANCE.
   The county shall:
   (A)   Consider the attainment and maintenance of air quality standards in the planning and implementation of local programs and projects; and
   (B)   Support the implementation of reasonable and effective measures for improving local air quality subject to available funding.
