§ 92.003 ADMINISTRATION AND ENFORCEMENT.
   The Department shall be the executive department that is authorized to administer the terms and provisions of this subchapter. The Zoning Administrator shall enforce the terms and provisions of this subchapter. The Department and the Zoning Administrator are hereby granted all powers reasonable and necessary for the performance of their responsibilities under this subchapter.
