Any person who violates any of the provisions of this chapter shall be subject to a civil fine of not less than $250 nor more than $500 together with court costs and costs of enforcement including legal fees. Any person found liable for a subsequent violation or violations of this chapter within one year after a violation shall be subject to a civil fine of not less than $500 nor more than $2,500 together with court costs and costs of enforcement including legal fees. For purposes of this chapter, each day’s violation of any of its terms or provisions shall be deemed a separate offense.
