SCHEDULE IV. COUNTY ARTERIAL HIGHWAY SYSTEM.
   (A)   The Board selects and designates certain county roads as the county arterial highway system, based on I.C. 8-23-4-3.
   (B)   The roads in the system are depicted on a map captioned “County Arterial Highway System.” Two copies are on file in the office of the County Auditor for public inspection and are adopted and incorporated by reference into this schedule.
   (C)   A listing of streets and highways accepted into the county highway system after 1900 is maintained by the County Highway Department. The listing does not include mere dedication of highways, which may never have been accepted by the Board, nor does it include improvements of existing highways. The listing includes streets and highways in the county local highway system and the county arterial highway system.
(Prior Code, § 8-23-4-3)
Editor’s note:
The listing of streets and highways accepted into the county highway system after 1900 is not part of this code but is on file at the County Highway Department.
