(A) The license fees collected for horse-drawn vehicles and/or horse-drawn trailers, pursuant to the terms and conditions of this chapter, shall be delivered to the County Auditor for deposit and record keeping.
(B) For each horse-drawn vehicle license fee collected, the County Auditor shall deposit the fees received in the MVH Fund of the county.
(C) For each horse-drawn trailer license fee collected under this chapter, the County Auditor shall deposit the fees received in the MVH Fund of the county.
