(A) Violation of the provisions of I.C. 14-16-1 by any person operating a vehicle upon the county highway system outside the corporate limits of any city or town within the county will be subject to the sanctions and penalties set forth in I.C. 14-16-1-29.
(B) Any person who violates any provisions of this chapter not otherwise contained in I.C. 14-16-1 will be deemed to have committed an ordinance violation and may be fined not more than $500 for each offense.
