§ 73.09 TIME.

In computing any period of time prescribed in this chapter, the day of the act, event, tagging or mailing from which the designated period of time begins to run shall not be included. Such time shall begin to run on the next succeeding day and shall conclude on midnight of the last day of the period that is not a Saturday, Sunday or legal holiday.
