§ 72.04 PLACEMENT OF SIGNS.
   The placement of signs, pursuant to engineering studies and investigations, setting forth the total load or weight limits, as established by the Commissioners and determined to be necessary, safe and reasonable on certain streets, highways or bridges, or portions thereof, within the county is ratified, confirmed and approved in all respects. The placement and retention of those signs, where set, is specifically authorized and contemplated by this chapter.
