§ 71.21 TWO-HOUR TIME LIMITATION VIOLATIONS.
   It shall be considered a violation of the two-hour time limitation herein established for a person to park a vehicle in a space in the area designated for public parking, and then remove the same, or have it removed, to another space in that area, where the total parking time in the two (or more) spaces exceeds the same two-hour limitation and where the removal was for the purpose of avoiding the two hour use limitation for the public parking area imposed by this subchapter.
