The regulations established by this subchapter for “No Through Trucks” shall be temporary in nature and shall automatically terminate and expire upon completion of the construction or maintenance activity for which the worksite is established. Upon completion, the County Highway Department is authorized and directed to remove the posted signage for the “No Through Trucks” established by this subchapter.
