Except where stated or provided for otherwise in this title, county ordinances regarding the regulations described in Chapters 76 and 77 are adopted and incorporated into this code by reference, with two copies of the same on file in the office of the County Auditor for public inspection, and with a copy also available from the County Highway Department.
