Any person found to be violating any provision of this subchapter shall be served with a written order stating the nature of the violation and providing a time limit for its satisfactory correction. If a person receives a written order from the Health Officer directing compliance with any provisions of this subchapter, that person shall comply with the provisions of the order and perform all acts required by the order within the time limit set forth in the order. The order shall be served by the Health Officer and may be served by certified mail or personal delivery. An order shall also be deemed served when an inspection tag or report indicating the violation shall be attached to any portion of the on-site private sewage system which is the subject of the order.
