§ 52.29 RIGHT OF ENTRY.

The Health Officer shall be permitted to enter upon any property at any reasonable and proper time for the purposes of inspection, observation, measurement, sampling and testing necessary to carry out and review compliance with the provisions of this subchapter upon producing proper credentials and identification.
