The regulations of the Indiana State Department of Health located at 410 I.A.C. 6-8.3 et seq. entitled “Residential On-site Sewage Systems,” as amended from time to time, and 410 I.A.C. 6-10.1 et seq. entitled “Commercial On-Site Wastewater Disposal,” as amended from time to time, and as promulgated by the Indiana State Department of Health, are adopted as part of this code. One copy of these regulations shall be on file with the Elkhart County Health Department.
