(A) This chapter shall take effect on May 1, 2014 and shall serve to prospectively supersede the County Ground Water Protection Ordinance dated May 1, 2009 and the rules and regulations adopted thereunder.
(B) All actions, omissions, events or circumstances existing or occurring prior to May 1, 2014 shall be governed by the County Ground Water Protection Ordinance dated May 1, 2009 and the rules and regulations adopted thereunder.
