§ 41.097 ABSENCE OF MACHINE CAPABLE OF MECHANICALLY DUPLICATING THE PUBLIC RECORD.
   (A)   No public agency of the county government shall be required to copy or duplicate a public record requested to be copied or reproduced which is within its possession unless it has reasonable access to a machine capable of mechanically reproducing the public record.
   (B)   In the absence of reasonable access to such machine, the requesting person is only entitled to inspect and manually transcribe the record.
