§ 41.006 MAXIMUM FEES.
   (A)   The fees set forth in this subchapter are maximum fees.
   (B)   Specific fees charged shall be determined by and limited in accordance with any applicable state and federal laws, rules and regulations pertaining thereto.
   (C)   In addition, specific rates charged shall be governed by any applicable sliding fee scales adopted by the Board of Health which are based upon the person’s financial ability to pay.
