(A) This subchapter shall apply to active duty military time beginning in the first half of the calendar year 2016 and continuing in subsequent years until this subchapter is amended or repealed by subsequent subchapter or superseded by subsequent subchapters to amend the Elkhart County Policy and Procedure Manual for active duty military pay.
(B) This subchapter shall be effective retroactively to January 1, 2016.
