(A) The County Human Resources Director is hereby authorized to execute individual participation agreements with each employee requesting that agreement, to act as the Administrator of the Plan representing the county, and to execute any agreements and contracts necessary to implement the program. Other than the incidental expenses of collecting and disbursing of the employees’ deferrals and other minor administrative matters, there shall be no cost of contribution by the county to the program.

(B) (1) The Loans to Participants Amendment to Plan Document and the Participant Loan Administrative Procedures are hereby approved on behalf of the county with authority being given to the President of the County Commissioners and/or the Human Resources Director to execute the necessary documents.
(2) The Deferred Compensation Plan for Public Employees of the county is hereby ratified and confirmed.
