The County Auditor and a Deputy of the County Auditor’s office, collectively or individually, may release information to the Indiana Public Retirement System, or other appropriate authorities regarding employees of the county government, concerning the following:
(A) Each employee’s length of service;
(B) Each employee’s level of compensation; and
(C) Other facts and information that pertain to the eligibility and participation of the employee in the Indiana Public Retirement System.
