(A) A person shall not:
(1) Possess or use any stationery belonging to the Board without its prior approval; or
(2) Use any equipment or supplies purchased in whole or in part with county funds.
(B) Exceptions to division (A) above are:
(1) Possession or use in or for the benefit of the county; or
(2) If an exception is made by the Board in response to a specific written request signed by the respective department head.
