§ 36.063 GOVERNING EFFECT.
   This subchapter shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the provisions of I.C. 6-3.5-4 et seq. concerning the county motor vehicle excise tax and I.C. 6-3.5-5 et seq. concerning the county wheel tax.
