§ 151.004 INTERPRETATIONS.
   (A)   In their interpretations and application, the provisions of this chapter are intended to be minimum requirements.
   (B)   When the conditions imposed by any provisions of this chapter vary from the conditions imposed by any other law, ordinance, resolution, rule, easement or regulation of any kind and the provisions of this chapter do not specify which conditions are to be applicable, then the regulations which are more restrictive shall govern.
