§ 150.05 POWER OF CITY’S PLAN COMMISSION.
   The city’s Plan Commission may:
   (A)   Determine lines for new, extended, widened or narrowed streets or highways in the city or the contiguous unincorporated area outside of the city; and
   (B)   Certify to the Council the amended or additional plan under the same procedure as established for the certification and approval of the original plan.
